Deliveries during the Coronavirus Crisis
Our online shop is still very much open – we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and following Government advice.
We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking every precaution upon our personal delivery to your premises for the safety of both you, our customer and our drivers.
Deliveries will continue as normal. Our Drivers can leave your plants in a safe place where you request them to be left. Please advise at time of order. You do not need to sign for your Palm Tree or Plant at this time. We will always do everything possible to maintain a safe distance to avoid any contact.
We still have around 15 Trucks to arrive but we are receiving 4 a week at the moment. The suppliers we have bought from are still loading and we are still taking trucks in. However, there are unforeseen delays which are slowing down the arrivals slightly so please bear with us.
For all pre orders, as soon as your Palms or Plants arrive, we will email to confirm arrival and arrange the delivery with yourselves. We will deliver as quickly as possible and do everything possible to keep you informed

We’ll continue to keep a close eye on what the government and health experts are saying. The well being of our customers, staff and suppliers is our priority
