Agave Angustifolia 'Marginata'. .  
Agaves are amazing exotic, extremley drought tolerant plants. Native to Mexico and the North, Central and South of the United States, they are a very popular ornamental plants in the UK.
The Agave Angustifolia 'Marginata' is a medium to smaller growing variety of Agave. It is one of the most oranamental and pretty agaves. It's stiff narrow sword shaped leaves are arranged in dense rosettes and are pale green with cream coloured margins edged with teeth and a long terminal spine.
Easy to grow and cold hardy down to around -6 degrees, it is also tolerant of coastal positions. A great addition for any garden, it's bold silhouette makes a wonderful architectural centrepiece.

    Growth: Evergreen. Succulent. Dense rosettes of short, narrow sword shaped leaves.Pale green with cream margins. Marginal teeth and terminal point. Plants sucker freely after flowering, usually after 10 years or more. 

    Sun: Sun/partial shade.

    Exposure: Sheltered.

    Soil: Well drained, plenty of gravel.

    Moisture: Water very little. Allow soil to dry before re-watering.Dry in winter.
