The Agave Guadalajarana is a stunning and relatively compact agave, blueish-green in colour.
Characterized by tightly formed basal rosettes of paddle shaped fleshy leaves, slightly curved upwards with beautiful pronounced patterns on their surfaces. Typically having spiney margins and a sharp terminal point, it is better to plant them away from walkways.Great for exotic gardens, it's bold silhouette makes a wonderful architectural centrepiece

Native to: Mexico.
Hardiness: Hardy to around -5 and extremely drought tolerant.
Growth: Succulent with compact rosettes of bluish-green paddle shaped leaves, with beautiful pronounced patterns on their surfaces, evenly spaced thick brown teeth along their margins and a terminal spine. Easy to grow.
Sun: Full sun/tolerates partial shade.
Exposure: Any
Soil: Well drained, plenty of gravel.
Moisture: Water occasionally. Dry in winter.
