The Agave Mediopicta Alba is a medium to smaller growing form of Agave americana. Easy to grow and cold hardy down to -8 degrees. It is one of the most stunning and pretty agaves. It's fleshy arching leaves are arranged in rosettes and are characterised with a bold greenish cream central stripe and blue green margins with grey/blue spined edges and a long terminal spine.
Great for exotic gardens, it's bold silhouette makes a wonderful architectural centrepiece.

Native to: Mexico, Arizona, Texas.
Hardiness: Hardy to -8 degrees and extremely drought tolerant.
Growth: Succulent. Rosettes of arching grey/green, fleshy leaves, with a broad creamy stripe down the cente. Spiney edged margins.
Sun: Sun.
Exposure: Sheltered.
Soil: Well drained, plenty of gravel.
Moisture: Water during Summer. Dry in winter; only give a little water if the leaves begin to shrivel.
