Large Apple Trees, Espalier trained, variety 'Cox's Orange Pippin'.
Espalier Trained Fruit Trees add a formal structural element to any garden, whilst also giving the benefit of being easy to place without taking up too much space and of course home-grown fruit!

The 'Cox's Orange Pippin' Apple Tree is a very popular English dessert eating apple, highly regarded for it's attractive appearance and rich flavour. A great eating apple or for use also in in juicing and cider making.

Flowering in April-May these trees have very attractive fragrant pinkish-white blossom followed by medium sized apples ready to harvest in mid October. Roundish in shape, the thin skin of the apples is flushed orange-red and occasionally has attractive red stripes. The deep cream coloured flesh is crisp and juicy with a rich aromatic sweet flavour. The tree itself is deciduous but the leaves give a lovely Autumn colour before they drop.

Partially self fertile, so will crop happily but with a pollination partner such as Golden Delicious or Braeburn heavier crops will be achieved.

These trees are exceptional quality, from a specialist grower. Photo 1 shows some of the Apple trees coming into stock from Spring 2025. Please Note: Heights stated include pot sizes. These trees will be just coming back into when they arrive into stock with us.
