Copernicia Alba .
The Copernicia Alba is a stunning palm with a dense crown of stiff fan shaped leaves. The upper leaf surface is green and the under-surface is grey to silver in colour and waxy.
The slender grey trunk is very hard and when young is covered in persistant leaf bases giving added interest, but as they become more mature the trunks become smooth.
A very attractive palm, highly wind resistant as well as being drought and waterlogging resistant when established but will need winter cold protection. Can also be grown indoors.
