These lovely smaller Open Crown Olives grown in a low terracotta bowl are perfect for a patio or terrace. They are perfect as an ornamental, evergreen tree, which can be left natural or pruned to keep it within it's space limits.
The Olea European Olive Tree instantly brings a piece of the Mediterranean to your garden. It has become increasingly popular in the UK as it can tolerate temperatures down to -15 degrees and is very wind resistant, but if you would like fruit, a sunny spot is better. It has been grown in the Mediterranean for centuries for oil and fruit production.
Caring for an Olive Tree is easy, remember they are a fruit tree so they will need regular watering and feeding. Feed your Olive Trees with a balnced fertilizer such as 'Olive Focus' once a fortnight from May to October to ensure your Olive Tree grows well in the UK.
